Curious why I choose to specialise in cancer?
My experience is that people with chronic, life altering conditions are often drawn to, and greatly benefit from, holistic approaches to healing. For almost twenty-five years, I used all of my therapeutic modalities to support family members experiencing cancer, witnessing the benefits of incorporating EFT and other holistic approaches and the difference it made not only for my parents and siblings, but also for my one to one clients. Based on that experience and my passion for the difference it makes on the cancer journey, for the past ten years I've also been changing lives as a volunteer Holistic Therapist and EFT Practitioner at a cancer wellbeing centre, so that others may also experience these benefits at a very vulnerable time in their lives. |
Like many therapists and practitioners, my own explorations to find solutions to the myriad of emotional, physical and energetic challenges, for myself, my family, and my courageous clients, led me to train in EFT and many other modalities over the past forty years. |
When I received my own cancer diagnosis, I followed the same protocols for myself to help me deal with the emotional rollercoaster of investigations, clinic appointments, telling my family and the physical challenges of treatment. |
Choosing to work with me in One to One Sessions On this mortal plane, we experience our share of pain and suffering, sadness and loss, sickness and health. Some of us more than others, and its constant weight can feel too much to bear, especially on the cancer journey. My empathy and passion for holistic cancer support always shine through, as I draw upon my decades of knowledge and experience, to skillfully blend EFT with other modalities to heal a wide range of issues, so you can move beyond where you are now and find peace with yourself, and your situation.
